About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Equitable is responsible for providing direct support to the office, including front desk coverage, supply ordering, and office management. This role involves working closely with the Complex Onboarding manager to assist with the screening and onboarding of new hires, as well as handling mail distribution and supporting special projects and events. The position requires onsite presence in the Cleveland, Ohio branch office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk coverage in the office.

  • Assist the Complex Onboarding manager with screening and onboarding new hires.
  • Review and distribute mail.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in sales support.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in technology and software usage.
  • Confident communication skills with all levels of management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
