The Operations Coordinator will assist in maintaining timelines for job completion, collecting payments, making deposits, and preparing cash reports for the department. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will be tasked with updating the departmental website and digital signage as needed, organizing and maintaining financial and personnel files, and posting events through the University event management program. The role may also involve assisting with coordinating special projects for the office and other projects as assigned.
