About the position

The Operations Coordinator supports field operations by performing a variety of administrative and operational duties for assigned locations. This part-time role involves managing inventory, processing procurement transactions, assisting customer experience advocates, and handling permits, among other operational support tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as an administrative liaison with the area operations coordinator as necessary
  • Enters inventory counts into SAP and records inventory transfers
  • Assists external customer experience advocates by retrieving information and documents from the location's files
  • Picks up permits from township, county, or local offices for assigned districts
  • Processes the ordering and receiving of goods for the district, including office supplies and appliances
  • Handles the mail for the assigned locations
  • Performs various operational duties to contribute to the success of the operation
  • Completes other duties as needed

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • 2 years' experience in an office setting required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple locations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
