The Operations Coordinator for Supply Chain Materials at Ascension is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to supply and inventory control within the healthcare setting. Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations for supply and inventory control.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve inventory issues/problems.
• Perform audit and logistical duties for supply and inventory control.
• Responsible for inventory storeroom levels and financial variance.
• Execute product conversions within the enterprise resource planning system.
• Maintain item attributes in the ERP system.
• Support distribution and daily supply operations to ensure no disruptions occur that will negatively impact patient care.
• Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems.
