As an Operations Coordinator, Utilities, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of operational activities, predominantly within North America, across the Zeitview properties vertical. In doing so, you are dedicated to helping Zeitview meet its operational OKRs. In this role, you will provide project management of multiple, simultaneous field projects, while demonstrating operational excellence, resulting in delighted customers. You will work within the Operations team to conduct pre, during, and post project planning, project execution, and data quality checks in assigned verticals. This involves coordinating with customers and contractors to understand logistics and scheduling constraints to support safe and efficient project execution. You will maintain all project management tools and prepare project-related documentation including project kick-off, status reporting, customer communications, and project execution updates. Additionally, you will project manage field operations for data collection, solving or escalating issues that arise, while proactively communicating with and setting customer expectations. Possessing an understanding of drone capabilities, drone and airspace regulations/applications, you will follow procedures within Zeitview's standard operating procedures. You will solve problems in real-time and ensure delivery of high-quality deliverables (images RGB and Thermal, video, orthomosaics, panos, condition reports, etc.) to our customers. Providing ad-hoc support to pilots and customers for general inquiries is also part of your responsibilities. You will work directly with internal teams to understand, execute, and troubleshoot projects effectively, such as Account Management and QA (file bug reports). Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting for end-of-month billing is essential. Maintaining awareness and visibility to the pipeline for your assigned verticals will ensure nothing falls through the cracks in all statuses, and you will execute all statuses accordingly. You will report directly to your assigned Operations Manager, managing upwards on trends you are seeing in your day-to-day activities. Documenting lessons learned and identifying gaps in processes and procedures, and reporting these to your Operations Manager will be crucial. All other duties as assigned will also be part of your role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Project management experience and certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills.
  • Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority.
  • Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce.
  • Interest in technology and the drone space.
  • Drone experience, knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g.: Office suite, Slack, Zoom, Google Suite).
  • Able to travel for short-term engagements.
