About the position

The Operations Coordinator/Warehouse Worker at WOW Logistics is responsible for supporting both office and warehouse operations at the Oshkosh Distribution Center. This role involves customer service activities, material handling, inventory management, and ensuring a safe working environment. Responsibilities

• Support office duties and material handling responsibilities as directed by the DC Manager.
• Carry out customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints.
• Receive, place into storage, ship, and maintain accurate inventories of products.
• Practice good housekeeping and sanitation techniques in the warehouse.
• Maintain a safe working atmosphere by following company safety policies.
• Participate in training of new or less experienced employees.
• Coordinate all loads entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Communicate with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees.
• Perform data entry of all inventories, creating invoices and bills of lading.
• Engage in problem solving and quality control as requested by customers.
• Operate forklifts for shipping and receiving customer products.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
• Experience in inventory control and data entry.
