About the position

The Operations Coordinator role is essential in supporting three operational profit centers: Group Transportation Services, Event Services, and Chauffeured Services. This position focuses on providing exceptional day-to-day support, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing various operational tasks to facilitate seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional day-to-day support across all operational areas, ensuring professionalism and client satisfaction.
  • Consult with clients to define program requirements and deliver tailored service proposals.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to keep details accurate and up-to-date.
  • Respond to RFPs, source vendors, and develop customized costing analyses to meet specific program needs.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare detailed pre-program briefings for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage client invoicing and maintain a comprehensive CRM database.
  • Contribute to project management processes and monitor industry trends.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Some sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, event management, or related fields.
