About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Carvana plays a crucial role in supporting Logistics Leaders by managing data entry and coordinating with third-party vendors. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and computer skills, who can work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and culture bearer, representing Carvana positively.
• Work independently with a proactive attitude to ensure tasks are completed.
• Act as a problem solver for logistical challenges.
• Enter data provided by Logistics Leaders into the JIRA ticketing system.
• Serve as the point of contact and coordinator for third-party drivers or direct deliveries.
• Locate vehicles scheduled for delivery and drive them to the staging area when necessary.
• Interact and communicate with team members and management across all business lines.
• Support outbound changes as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in logistics or office setting.
• Solid decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong computer skills.
• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years or DUI.
• Ability to work as a team player and interact professionally with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
