About the position

The Operations Coordinator at MTN OPS is responsible for supporting the retail sales and operations team by managing customer fulfillment needs, overseeing order management, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role involves a variety of tasks including order entry, payment collections, customer outreach, and analytics reporting, all aimed at improving sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales/Operations in order fulfillment and order entry for dealers.
• Manage pipeline and order flow effectively.
• Handle payment collections and invoicing processes.
• Set up new customer accounts and manage existing customer lists.
• Contact customers who have not reordered and identify potential new customer opportunities.
• Assist outside sales representatives with product information and order entry.
• Prepare and organize for tradeshows, including potential travel.
• Provide analytics and sales reporting as needed.
• Support the VP of Sales and Sales Operations Manager on various projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management and/or sales operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and a natural problem solver.
• Strong phone presence with experience making numerous calls daily.
• Mission-oriented and results-driven personality.
• Independent and quick self-learner with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of MTN OPS products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
