As a member of the Operations team, you will be working closely with our Operations Coordinators as well as the Customer Experience team to provide our customers and our partners with superior customer service throughout the order and delivery process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the acquisitions and delivery order status. This includes receiving, documenting, and communicating order status updates from dealerships and manufacturers to stakeholders. You will also obtain and verify manufacturer acknowledgment of orders and equipment, enter order status information into the database, and maintain ETA to driver status. Identifying and tracking orders that fall outside of expected production timelines will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work with dealership personnel to coordinate the pick-up or delivery of vehicles to customers and their employees. Communicating expectations to our customers and vendors to ensure deliveries occur within established guidelines is essential. You will maintain vehicle delivery and return paperwork, as well as monthly reporting, and work with internal staff to ensure the previous leased vehicle is scheduled for pick-up and disposal. Collaboration with all cross-functional groups, including management, customer support, business development, and accounting, is crucial to ensure client needs are met. You will also assist with process improvement initiatives, improving workflow, and identifying efficiencies and cost savings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overflow support for other team members to ensure that client needs are met.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives, improving workflow & identifying efficiencies & cost savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Management of multiple tasks while maintaining a high quality of work.
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership & responsibility.
  • Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization as well as with external customers & vendors.
  • Thrive working individually in a fast-paced environment in addition to working within a team.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
