• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficient in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for efficient task execution.
