The Asset Management Operations Coordinator at KBR plays a crucial role in the Global Asset Management (GAM) group, which provides comprehensive manufacturing and supply chain solutions to both commercial and government clients. This position is centered around the management of Government Property and Honeywell Special Test Equipment (STE), Special Tooling, and Equipment Asset management. The coordinator will be responsible for implementing asset management policies and procedures that align with government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as Aerospace policies. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the asset management process and ensuring compliance with specific contract objectives and deliverables. In this position, the Operations Coordinator will handle routine assignments while developing essential job skills. Responsibilities include receiving property against receiving documents, issuing assets and materials as requested, documenting traceability characteristics, and supporting property audits. The coordinator will also collaborate with management on special projects, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the overall goals of the organization. The role requires a proactive approach to tracking and compiling metric data related to asset management, as well as supporting cross-functional teams to adhere to Asset/Material Compliance Practices, Policies, and Standards. The Operations Coordinator will also be involved in organizing and expediting the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely delivery of goods.
