Responsibilities

• Processing inquiries from clients regarding imports and exports.
• Coordinating the transportation of goods, including preparing flights and trucks.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and liaising with customs officials.
• Providing excellent customer service to buyers, sellers, and vendors.
• Preparing customs documentation and ensuring compliance with import and export laws.
• Creating budgets, invoices, and processing payments for clients.
• Researching the market for specific projects.
• Negotiating rates with freight carriers.
• Following up with freight carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in freight operations.
• 3 years of experience in logistics.
• 1 year of experience as a logistics coordinator.
