About The Position
The Operations Coordinator at Sun & Ski Sports is responsible for overseeing all non-sales functions within the store, ensuring a consistent and quality experience for customers. This role requires a highly organized individual with retail cashier experience, capable of multitasking and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Coordinator will lead store operations in the absence of store managers and manage various operational processes including cash handling, eCommerce fulfillment, and inventory management.
