About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Sagebridge Signs LLC is a part-time role focused on overseeing the daily operations of four local Card My Yard franchises. The position requires a customer-oriented individual who can manage business operations, customer relations, and a small team to ensure excellent service delivery. The role also involves coordinating sign installations and implementing marketing strategies to promote the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the franchise, including order processing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate installation and removal of yard signs at customer locations.
  • Oversee customer orders, invoicing, and payments, ensuring high levels of accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing personalized assistance and ensuring positive experiences.
  • Resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with local organizations, schools, and event planners to generate business partnerships.
  • Supervise a small team of installation specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Create and manage team schedules to ensure timely installations.
  • Ensure team members are trained on proper installation techniques and customer service standards.
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive new business.
  • Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and businesses for fundraising and promotional opportunities.
  • Leverage social media platforms to showcase installations and engage with customers.
  • Oversee the maintenance and storage of yard signs and installation equipment.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that supplies and materials are available for upcoming orders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in small business management, customer service, or team leadership preferred.
