You will join a passionate team to schedule charter work and coordinate the day-to-day operations of drivers and vehicles.
Responsibilities
Provide constructive customer service to all driver enquiries received through the Driver's Line and Operations inbox regarding charter movements, route planning, rostering, driver availability, and any other operational matters.
Schedule all school runs, charters, and route services based on customer requirements and execute them on time.
Monitor daily charter allocations and vehicle movements to identify potential service failures.
Resolve operational shortfalls caused by delays, incidents or breakdowns by reallocation or sourcing additional vehicles and drivers.
Roster drivers according to competency and availability.
Assist with the coordination of scheduled vehicle repair & maintenance based on asset availability and charter demand.
Provide a monthly report detailing any shortfalls to key performance indicators and associated remedial action.
Carry out retrospective service audits and historical data analysis to identify areas for improvement in the cost-effective delivery of high-level service.
Requirements
2 years experience in a similar role (preferred).
Ability to apply an understanding of Industry Awards and operating financials to the execution of work.
Sound geographical knowledge of the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
Advanced computer literacy.
