About the position

As an Operations Coordinator at US FOODS®, you will provide essential administrative support to the Warehouse leadership team, ensuring compliance with DOT requirements and division policies. This role is crucial for maintaining operational integrity and reliability while fostering strong relationships within the team. The position requires working Sunday to Thursday from 6 PM until finish, with an hourly wage of $23.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Warehouse leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with DOT requirements and division policies.
• Build trusting relationships with team members.
• Assist in managing complex tasks and prioritizing workload.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years' clerical or warehouse experience required.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to be a resource to others.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Preferred experience with SAE, Truck Builder, Red Prairie, Kronos, Road Net, XATA, Shopfax, Tandem, PowerDock, Checkpoint, Omnitracs, Airclic, equipment inventories, and warranties.
