About the position

The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing digital marketing efforts and administrative tasks within the company. This position involves creating and managing social media accounts, developing marketing content, and implementing SEO strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Additionally, the coordinator will handle client communications, manage databases, and support various office functions to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote remodeling projects.
  • Develop blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials to showcase company services.
  • Implement search engine optimization strategies to improve website visibility.
  • Produce and implement a Google Ads strategy.
  • Develop and send regular email campaigns to nurture client relationships.
  • Track website and social media performance and report results to guide marketing efforts.
  • Manage online paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and track ROI.
  • Record and edit video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Implement marketing and follow-up campaigns for company CRM systems.
  • Create and adhere to the company marketing budget.
  • Update online profiles and manage reputation across various platforms.
  • Create magazine advertisements and manage sponsorships.
  • Coordinate client communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain digital and physical files for projects and permits.
  • Organize meetings, site visits, and team schedules.
  • Update and manage client databases and project documentation.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies.
  • Assist with light accounting tasks, such as invoicing and tracking payments.
  • Help with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate company events and client appreciation gatherings.
  • Manage post-project surveys to collect feedback.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in remodeling, construction, or real estate.
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media and SEO/Google Ads strategy.
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms to promote services and engage clients.
  • Experience developing marketing materials relevant to construction or real estate projects.
  • Ability to implement SEO strategies and manage paid advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Skilled in creating and editing video content for social media platforms.
  • Experience managing CRM systems for follow-up campaigns and client relationship management.
  • Ability to create, manage, and adhere to marketing budgets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client communication and follow-up.
  • Proficient in maintaining digital and physical records for projects and company operations.
  • Experience with maintaining and updating client databases and project documentation.
  • Basic accounting and invoicing experience, especially in construction.
  • Skilled in managing calendars and organizing site visits.
