About the position
The Operations Coordinator position at RENK America is a full-time, non-exempt role focused on supporting various manufacturing and management functions. This position is part of a union and offers a starting pay of $20.22 per hour. The coordinator will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including data management, document processing, and communication across departments to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and process a variety of databases, forms, logs, and electronic information for various departments.
- Input, maintain, print, copy, and distribute data and records, including travelers, logs, and quality test results.
- Generate and assist with statistical tools, spreadsheets, and reports for management analysis.
- File documents and assist with document retrieval.
- Communicate and help resolve office machine malfunctions for departments.
- Assist the maintenance department with preventive maintenance ticket closeout.
- Update, copy, and distribute Op Sheets.
- Input Non-conformance data and create tags or manuals as needed.
- Maintain and order office/departmental supplies and distribute mail within the mail room.
- Support other CBU functions as required and assist with domestic travel for specific departments.
- Assist with the interview/onboarding process for new hires, including travel reservations and setting up workstations.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and management.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
- Experience with office equipment and troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Familiarity with statistical tools and report generation.
