About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Hot Spring Spas by Spas Etc. is a full-time position dedicated to the organization and operation of the Service Department. This role requires an experienced and motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and a minimum of 5 years of operations experience. The position operates from Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations within the department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting correspondences and other formal documents, planning, scheduling, and routing appointments, greeting and assisting onsite customers, and answering inbound telephone calls. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will utilize and operate organized filing systems and perform all other office tasks as needed, including assisting with overflow sales. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the Service Department, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and professionally.
