As an Operations Coordinator, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide daily support to the operations of the location. This role is essential in ensuring that the operations team runs smoothly and efficiently. You will assist with checking out drivers, scheduling delivery changes, and handling DOT administrative tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for printing and distributing work picks and consolidated work picks, administering all phases of time clock management, and maintaining invoice records and the filing system. Compliance with operational safety and security policies and procedures is crucial, as is adherence to the Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to the operations team.
  • Assist with checking out drivers and scheduling delivery changes.
  • Handle DOT administrative tasks.
  • Print and distribute work picks and consolidated work picks.
  • Administer all phases of time clock management.
  • Maintain invoice records and the filing system.
  • Post corrections as needed.
  • Comply with operational safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to the Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education and experience.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of construction or building industry preferred.
