As an entry-level professional, the Operations Coordinator will work under direct supervision, performing routine assignments while developing core job competencies. The role involves coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure the successful execution of projects. The Operations Coordinator will break projects into manageable tasks, set timeframes and goals, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Effective communication is crucial, as the Coordinator will act as the point of contact for project status updates, ensuring that all participants are adequately informed. Additionally, the role includes maintaining quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed established standards. Facilitating team communication is also a key responsibility, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and updates. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active U.S Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in operations or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
  • Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
