About the position

The Operations Coordinator role at Adecco involves managing Security Integration Engagement activities, ensuring efficient handling of requests, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. This temporary position requires strong organizational skills and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint to support training and awareness initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assigning, logging, and following up on incoming requests related to Security Integration Engagement activities.
  • Managing the EISG Mailbox, including SIG Reviews, incidents, and questions.
  • Handling the Privacy Mailbox for PIA requests and awareness opportunities.
  • Forwarding orders and opt-outs to the support mailbox and addressing privacy issues.
  • Responding to inquiries in the Security Integration mailbox and coordinating with the team to assign appropriate resources.
  • Keeping the PCI dashboard current by gathering transactional history and tracking completion of SAQs/RoC.
  • Filing SAQs to the appropriate parties such as banks and processors.
  • Scheduling training rooms and sending notifications, invites, and reminders for training events.
  • Tracking follow-up items from training events and assisting with coordination with eLearning and Talent Track teams.
  • Updating Hub pages and communities with current policies and references, and maintaining security/privacy reference materials.
  • Hanging quarterly posters and sending them to other locations, assisting with scheduling events, and tracking the awareness calendar.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Excel, including the ability to work with Pivot Tables.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Security experience is a plus.
