About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Work Ready Truck LLC is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing support to various departments and enhancing overall efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, ensuring inventory commitments are up-to-date
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and reliability
• Receive, stock, and label inventory accurately
• Independently purchase shop supplies and raw materials, monitoring vendor performance and comparing prices
• Maintain weekly yard list and create preventive maintenance programs for shop equipment
• Conduct monthly inventory counts
• Submit vendor warranties and assist with customer quotes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Manage vehicle deliveries and pickups, working closely with vendors to ensure efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong communication skills (Bilingual in Spanish preferred)
• Organizational skills
• Ability to self-perform and take initiative in managing tasks
• Ability to follow both written and oral instructions
• Comfortable working on your feet and in a non-climate controlled environment
• Capable of lifting at least 25 lbs
