About The Position
The Operations Coordinator at Mosaic will facilitate and coordinate the implementation of the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA) consent decree program at the Bartow Concentrates facility. This role supports site leadership in ensuring compliance with operational schedules and activities, addressing gaps, and communicating impediments to achieving RCRA goals. The coordinator will also serve as the primary point of contact for facility personnel regarding the RCRA CD process and will lay the groundwork for managing solid and hazardous waste activities to ensure compliance with RCRA regulations.
