About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Honey Stinger is a part-time role focused on supporting the Operations team through various administrative tasks. This position involves managing supply chain processes, ensuring accurate order tracking, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a good understanding of the Honey Stinger business.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for order entry and tracking of all supply chain purchase orders and transfer orders.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable, validating invoices for transfer, raw material, packaging, and display orders.
  • Manage Honey Stinger's internal portal containing supplier certifications and audits, ensuring all certifications are current and accurate.
  • Act as liaison between Operations and Sales to assist with customer documentation needs.
  • Monitor and track production, manufacturing details, and order timelines while fostering relationships with co-manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Own the operational elements of the packaging process, including entering and tracking orders, monitoring costs, lead times, and quality, and proofing art files for compliance accuracy.
  • Ensure consistent communication and follow-up throughout the Honey Stinger supply chain.
  • Maintain and control versioning of product specification sheets in partnership with Product Development.
  • Collaborate with the NetSuite administrator to ensure product setups in the system are complete and accurate.
  • Run reports in NetSuite to provide information and analytics as requested.
  • Support and follow up on Honey Stinger's annual audit requirements in the supply chain.
  • Perform other job-related responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • At least one year of related business experience preferred
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and CPG industry preferred.
