The 2nd shift Operations Coordinator II at Ryder is responsible for providing administrative support within the Supply Chain Solutions division. This role involves clerical functions such as receiving, classifying, reconciling, and summarizing documents and information, while maintaining accurate records and logs. Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information.
  • Maintain records or logs and verify the completion and accuracy of information.
  • Set up and maintain files and records.
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including filing, opening mail, typing, and answering phones.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Two (2) years or more of administrative and clerical support experience required.
  • Demonstrates customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Highly thorough and dependable with integrity and trust.
