We are looking for an operations coordinator to work with the Gary Pools teams! The ideal candidate will be self-directed and have excellent communication and time management skills. You would be working directly with the owner and other company leaders. This job is dynamic and consists of a changing ratio of supporting leadership, core job duties, special assignments, continued training, and team support. Proficiency and mastery will result in advancement. This candidate would ideally enjoy self and team improvement, problem-solving, investigating financial transactions, implementing and refining processes, and teaching and sharing their knowledge, particularly in Excel.
