The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory duties, processing procurement transactions, assisting Customer Experience Advocates, handling the permit process, and performing other necessary tasks to support operations. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, as well as the capability to manage confidential information appropriately. In this position, the Operations Coordinator will act as an administrative liaison with the area operations coordinator, ensuring effective communication and coordination between different operational areas. Key responsibilities include entering inventory counts into SAP, recording inventory transfers, and assisting external customer experience advocates by retrieving necessary information and documents from the location's files. The coordinator will also be responsible for picking up permits from local offices for assigned districts and processing the ordering and receiving of goods for the district, including office supplies, parts, fittings, uniforms, and appliances for all locations in the area. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will handle mail for the assigned locations and may perform various operational duties to contribute to the overall success of the operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. A high school diploma and at least two years of experience in an office setting are required for this role. Responsibilities

Requirements
