About the position

XZ Electric Vehicles LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. This full-time position offers a competitive starting pay of $18 per hour and requires a commitment to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of our operations, including warehouse management, shipping logistics, service management, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained, and that the space is organized and efficient. Regular audits will be conducted to ensure accurate records are kept. You will also coordinate shipping schedules and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to our dealers and customers. Working closely with shipping partners, you will optimize processes and costs to enhance our operational efficiency. Additionally, you will manage after-sales service operations, coordinating service requests and ensuring high-quality customer support. This includes maintaining service records and addressing customer inquiries regarding their service needs. Monitoring and managing inventory to prevent overstocking or stockouts will also be a key responsibility, along with ensuring accurate tracking of all materials and finished products. Effective communication is essential in this role, as you will need to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure all operations are aligned and running smoothly. You will provide clear updates and reports to management as needed, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements
