We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems, specifically LaborEdge ATS. This position is expected to last approximately one month, with the possibility of it becoming a permanent position. The role is fully in-office, requiring attendance Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data management processes are efficient and accurate, contributing to the overall success of our operations team. In this role, the Operations Coordinator will be tasked with various duties that include inputting and updating data into databases and systems, particularly LaborEdge ATS. The candidate will perform administrative tasks related to data entry, such as updating client records, building out bill and pay rate functions, and performing data mapping in LaborEdge ATS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is essential for executing data entry tasks effectively. The ability to type and transcribe documents accurately is also a key requirement, as well as assisting with order entry processes to support the team’s operational needs.
