About the position

The Operations Coordinator will support the operations team by performing essential tasks to coordinate and maintain a fleet of rental equipment throughout its lifecycle. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop electrical capabilities while ensuring efficient inventory and equipment management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a record of all equipment and related assets, including item numbers.
  • Regularly update and reconcile the inventory database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct physical audits and spot checks to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Organize and categorize assets for easy retrieval and tracking.
  • Operate forklifts to off-load, load, move or store equipment.
  • Participate in tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
  • Help troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Operate and handle equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Report all recognized unsafe conditions or acts to Management.
  • Wear proper PPE when necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid Texas driver's license.
  • 2-4 years of experience in related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce and basic electrical competency is a plus.
  • Previous experience using forklifts, floor jacks, pallet jacks, high lifts, and/or power jacks.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
