About the position

CRDN serves the El Paso and Las Cruces market helping insurance companies get their clients' contents restored. We are looking for a Restoration Claim Coordinator to join our team, full-time! The position involves leading, managing, and developing a team of restoration technicians and services to insurance clients. The ideal applicant must be bilingual in Spanish, as effective communication with clients and team members is essential. This role is critical in ensuring that restoration processes are carried out efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction. As a Restoration Claim Coordinator, you will oversee the safe and efficient movement of items in and out of homes and storage areas. You will conduct and supervise detailed inventories of clients' belongings, ensuring precision in tracking and documentation. Your leadership will be vital in the restoration of a wide range of contents, including textiles, electronics, art, and furniture. You will also ensure the integrity and security of client property throughout the restoration process, fostering a collaborative team environment to guarantee a seamless and efficient operation. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for team members, providing guidance and resolving challenges that may arise during the restoration process. Your ability to work well under pressure and maintain a sense of urgency to complete deadlines will be crucial to your success in this position.
