About the position

The Manufacturing Trainer III position involves developing and delivering training programs focused on SAP Transportation Management (TM) processes for the manufacturing workforce. The role emphasizes clear communication and strong facilitation skills to ensure that training sessions are easily understandable for regular business users. Additionally, the trainer will identify skill gaps, audit and revise work instructions, and track training progress and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs focused on SAP TM processes for the manufacturing workforce.
• Identify skill gaps through reviewing quality and operational metrics.
• Create targeted training sessions to address identified skill gaps.
• Audit and revise work instructions as necessary.
• Track training progress and certifications of employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing training programs for a manufacturing workforce.
• 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP TM as a super user or trainer.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products for creating training materials and managing documentation.
