About the position

The Operations Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing various maintenance-related tasks to ensure the efficient daily operations of the business. This role involves administrative duties, project management assistance, and compliance monitoring, all aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes, assigns, and monitors service requests via Sightplan.
• Establishes daily work schedules of maintenance personnel in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Schedules pre-move out inspections and final move out inspections with residents.
• Creates purchase orders for vendor-related services.
• Schedules vendors for unit turns based on inspection information provided by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Inputs unit turnover vendor and maintenance work orders into Sightplan and monitors accordingly.
• Follows up on CMS projects with property and CMS Manager, ensuring efficient completion of preventative maintenance needs.
• Contacts residents to ensure work was completed professionally and requests completion of surveys upon receipt.
• Recommends and implements improvements based on feedback received.
• Purchases supplies, equipment, and services as necessary in partnership with the Maintenance Supervisor, monitoring budget variances.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver license and automobile insurance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and property management software.
