About the position

Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our division office located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing high-level support to the Production and Quality Teams within the division. This position involves a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and administration, all aimed at ensuring the efficient and professional operation of the division. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. In this role, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and facilitating the issuance of utility building permits from various municipalities in a timely and efficient manner. This includes delivering building permit applications to the appropriate municipal departments and picking them up when ready. The Coordinator will maintain an accurate and detailed tracking system for permits and provide updates during weekly meetings. Additionally, the role involves picking up certificates of occupancy and managing BuildPro administration, which is essential for the construction process. The Operations Coordinator will also be tasked with managing and archiving plans and documents, maintaining a status/critical dates report to ensure all deadlines are met, and collecting and preparing data for reporting, meetings, and presentations. Coordination of document management and the invoice approval process will also fall under the purview of this position. Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate the issuance of utility building permits from various municipalities in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 1-3 years of residential construction experience
