About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Yellowjacket Oilfield Services LLC is responsible for promoting excellent customer relations at the worksite, coordinating service operators during equipment rig up and rig down, and managing materials inventory. This role ensures customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and operational procedures while enhancing personal skills and job performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel for shop work and assist with operations, including ordering rentals and explosives.
• Operate, service, and maintain equipment safely.
• Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance.
• Comply with required safety and operational procedures.
• Train and mentor less experienced crew members during jobs.
• Assist other employees with equipment rig up and rig down.
• Perform required inspections and maintenance of equipment and ensure certifications are up to date.
• Participate in safety meetings and assist in identifying and addressing risks and hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations as required for the position.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations for job-related tasks.
• Must possess communication skills required to perform essential job functions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl, and walk; may have extended periods of standing or sitting.
• Must have flexibility to work any schedule based on business needs, including weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Cased Hole Logging and Mechanical Services.
• Pipe Recovery Services experience is a plus.
