Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and operations support for the team.
  • Manage office logistics, file systems, and software subscriptions.
  • Schedule meetings and finalize contracts.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Track project budgets and capacity.
  • Support team communications and logistics planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent life and work experience.
  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations coordinator or management role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in accounting and/or human resources.
