Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily business activities and administrative tasks, ensuring employee wellness and operational effectiveness. This role requires versatility, as the Operations Coordinator will be expected to wear many hats and handle a variety of responsibilities. The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting human resources with employee orientation and training, managing invoices, and providing general support to all employees. In this position, the Operations Coordinator will perform essential administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. The coordinator will assist in coordinating and organizing company events or meetings, as well as help existing and new staff with the airport badging process by creating profiles, making appointments, and submitting applications. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for inventory management and ordering employee uniforms and office supplies, organizing and distributing employee paychecks, and serving as a point of contact for general IT matters, including submitting Helpdesk tickets. The role also involves assisting Operations with reviewing and approving general invoices, tracking and updating reports, coordinating and enrolling employees in driver certification training, and processing employee requests such as new hire paperwork and tax forms. The Operations Coordinator will maintain the employee organizational chart and generate various reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office software. As a project lead for multiple projects, the coordinator will track progress and ensure completion with minimal supervision. Open, professional, and collaborative communication between management and clients is essential for success in this role.
