About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Principle Health Systems plays a crucial role in supporting the company's rapid growth in the medical sector. This position involves coordinating administrative and project-related tasks under the supervision of the Director of Business Operations, ensuring effective execution of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support the expansion of mobile laboratory and imaging services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete important administrative and project-related tasks to support business growth.
  • Create project dashboards and to-do lists, tracking responsibilities and project task statuses.
  • Generate reports and presentations to improve business operations.
  • Compile information for sharing with potential business partners and investors.
  • Proofread and draft correspondence as needed.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to track high-value inventory in the field.
  • Complete applications for healthcare entities and vendors.
  • Coordinate execution of contracts with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Improve document control processes to enhance business outcomes.
  • Assist in establishing new office locations and filing changes with CMS and other entities.
  • Track metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting and generate supporting graphs and charts.
  • Gather relevant information from department managers to support projects and initiatives.
  • Support the Director of Business Operations in managing medium-small projects across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.
  • 1-3 years of corporate office experience; experience in medical or healthcare is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, project execution, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with employees and third-party representatives.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and adaptability to a growing business.
