About the position

The Operations Coordinator at WOW Logistics plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction at the Menasha Distribution Center. This clerical position serves as a key resource for customers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees, handling customer service activities, data entry, and load coordination to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling and movement of all loads entering and leaving the distribution center.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees through email, phone, and/or in person.
• Accurately enter inventory data, create invoices, and generate bills of lading.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, while maintaining quality control.
