We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist the Operations Manager with preparing and submitting construction documents, coordinating with various teams to gather critical information, and managing project schedules for projects across the West Region. This role is essential in supporting project management teams, distributing construction documents, and maintaining databases. The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that all project-related information is accurately compiled and communicated to the relevant stakeholders. In this position, you will be responsible for communicating with operations personnel and maintaining relationships with the project management team. You will assist in compiling project information from various homebuilding divisions and coordinate with consultants and design teams to produce reports and construction documents. Additionally, you will distribute approved master and lot-specific plans to division and construction managers, monitor project schedules, and maintain the project database. Conducting occasional field visits will also be part of your responsibilities, along with managing home-specific information, including addresses, phasing, and tract maps. To succeed in this role, you will utilize various tools such as Outlook, Excel, Box, Salesforce, BuildPro, and Adobe Acrobat. You will also support other operations coordinators and managers as needed and assist with organizing and distributing documents for project development. This position requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with multiple teams to ensure the smooth operation of projects.
