About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Maersk Agency USA, Inc. plays a crucial role in assisting the manager with daily planning and monitoring of delivery and return operations. This position involves close collaboration with warehouse staff to ensure efficient processing of return shipments and effective communication across various corporate levels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process all return shipments on a daily basis
  • Review and work daily return report and POD on dock report
  • Organize return area to ensure every shipment can be identified
  • Prioritize shipments for loading to maximize trailer capacity
  • Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations
  • Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels
  • Assist with customer service issues as they arise
  • Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Detail-oriented with excellent computer and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and technical written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to type 35+ wpm minimum
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal skills
