About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Hilb Group plays a crucial role in supporting the company's operations by ensuring data integrity and assisting with system maintenance. This remote position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to update systems data and promote the company's core values and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to assist with updating systems data for accurate reporting, including commissions tracking.
  • Assist the team with the maintenance of systems and databases related to client and insurance policy management.
  • Support and promote the company's core values, mission, and strategic plans.

Requirements

  • Formal education in the form of an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years working in an office setting is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Organized and efficient, able to work collaboratively as part of a team and individually when needed.
