About the position

The Operations Coordinator role is designed for a recent college graduate to support the PMO Operations Department in fulfilling contractual reporting requirements. This entry-level position involves performing administrative and coordination activities under direct supervision, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Complete required reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine assignments as an entry-level professional under direct supervision.
  • Provide administrative, office support, and coordination activities in support of the Senior Operations Coordinator.
  • Follow PMO Operations Desktop Operating Procedures (DOP) including Employee Messages, Incident Reporting, and Crisis Management Action Team protocols.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Access).
  • Experience in customer service and use of Maximo system preferred.
  • Experience in Basis of Estimate (BOE) development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or candidates in their senior year of college.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SharePoint system.
  • Experience with Power BI.
