About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Fern Expo is responsible for overseeing all operational and administrative functions within the Nashville office. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, supporting onsite events, and managing payroll and invoicing processes. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service while being flexible with their schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all operational and administrative functions of the office.
  • Handle daily payroll responsibilities, including entry of union/nonunion labor hours into the system.
  • Respond to payroll questions from laborers.
  • Process branch invoices in MetaViewer and coordinate payment with accounting.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Provide onsite support at various tradeshows.
  • Assist the travel department with all travel arrangements.
  • Travel to other cities for onsite support as needed.
