About the position

Axiom Learning is seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to streamline business administration processes and support the organization's mission of empowering students. This role requires a growth-oriented mindset, creativity, and initiative, contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring company records and filings are maintained effectively and efficiently.
  • Interfacing with bookkeepers to ensure financial accuracy and maintain accounts.
  • Overseeing various administrative tasks and supporting finance operations.
  • Managing payroll and ensuring accounts and financial allocations are in good standing.
  • Assisting with business registration and compliance to keep records up to date.
  • Coordinating with finance to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
  • Updating health insurance, payroll insurance, and liability insurance needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records for management.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop strategies that enhance culture and service delivery.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing creative solutions.
  • Maintaining organized systems for tracking operational data.
  • Assisting with additional tasks or projects to streamline business administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles preferred, but recent graduates are welcome.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Quickbooks, and other relevant software.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
