About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Envision Credit Union plays a crucial role in helping the organization achieve its vision of becoming the preferred financial service provider. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service to both internal and external members while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with established standards. The coordinator will supervise teller operations, implement changes, and maintain high service levels across financial centers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional member service to all internal, external, and potential credit union members.
  • Coach AVP Financial Center Manager to meet operational goals.
  • Monitor and maintain processes and procedures in Policy-Tech.
  • Address and handle exceptions to policy and procedure as required.
  • Complete periodic reviews of all operational functions within the financial centers.
  • Review overall cash management and monitor vault, cash drawer, and ATM limit reports.
  • Perform security and work audits on AVP Financial Center Managers twice a year.
  • Provide monthly teller operational feedback to the Financial Centers.
  • Act as a liaison between Financial Centers and Support departments regarding teller operations.
  • Participate in out of balance resolution and BSA compliance activities.
  • Conduct semi-annual Financial Center audits and quarterly cash recycler audits.
  • Ensure common and consistent communication messages to AVP Financial Center Managers.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Three years of experience in a related field.
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel and provide own transportation.
