The Operations Coordinator at DECORZ - Flooring, Kitchen & Bath is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient workflows within the company. This position requires strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle various responsibilities, including customer service management, vendor relations, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
  • Coordinate and manage vendor and customer relationships
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
  • Answer and direct store phone inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional service
  • Schedule and manage sales estimates and appointments
  • Provide administrative support across various departments
  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure a seamless workflow
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and improve processes
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

Requirements

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

  • Strong experience in accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
  • Vendor and customer management experience required

  • Experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and operations management abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Previous experience in the remodeling or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
