Purpose of Position: The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of their assigned location by effectively communicating with drivers, contractors, customers, and other Operations team members to execute successful delivery and pick up of parcels and packages. A successful Operations Coordinator will use great communication skills and provide quality service to all stakeholders via phone and in-person communications. This position reports directly to the Depot Supervisor on shift.
